Promo Code Data Sharing: When redeeming promo codes provided by organizations, we track the redemption and usage of these codes. We share this data with the organization providing the promo code to support reporting, promotional tracking, and accountability. Mentee-Mentor Communication Using the FutureLab Service

The main purpose of FutureLab is to allow registered Mentors to provide Mentees with mentoring services that Mentees need. FutureLab hosts live conversations, email exchanges and scheduling between Mentees and Mentors through its website. While we ensure that personal contact details (e.g. phone numbers) remain confidential, AI-based transcription and sentiment analysis tools may be used to summarize and analyze communication during sessions. These tools aim to improve session quality, provide feedback, and create reports for your development.

FutureLab does not screen or edit the content of communications between Mentees and Mentors. Such communications are personal and private unless both parties agree to additional distribution. FutureLab keeps information relayed between the Mentee and the Mentor confidential. No other users of FutureLab have access to this information.

Credit Purchases

All credit purchases on FutureLab are final and non-refundable. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. By proceeding with a credit purchase, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy. In the event of a booking dispute that qualifies for a refund, any reimbursed amount will be provided as FutureLab credits. Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. When using a promo code provided by an organization, we will track the redemption and associated user activity. This data will be shared with the relevant organization for reporting and promotional purposes. By using such a promo code, you consent to this tracking and data sharing.

Transcription Services

FutureLab provides an automated transcription service that captures and summarizes key points from mentoring sessions. By utilizing this service, you consent to the recording and processing of session data. While we strive for accuracy and confidentiality, FutureLab does not guarantee error-free transcription. AI tools are not perfect and may produce errors. All transcription data is handled in compliance with our privacy policies and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

Physical Meet-ups Disclaimer

FutureLab is an online platform designed to connect Mentors and Mentees for virtual mentoring sessions. Any in-person meetings arranged outside the platform are undertaken at the sole risk and discretion of the involved parties. FutureLab assumes no responsibility or liability for any physical meetups, including but not limited to personal safety, disputes, or any outcomes resulting from such interactions.​​
